About the guest:
Áine Kelly-Costello (they/them) is a multiply disabled storyteller, researcher and advocate based in Aotearoa New Zealand. Their written journalism, podcasting and organizing has been rooted in disability community and spanned climate justice, migration, political participation and independent living. They are commencing a PhD through Otago University looking at the ongoing effects of institutional settings in Aotearoa on disabled people and how people with learning disability can live with dignity and equal choices.
